Technologie laser à impulsion variable, futurs développements et exemples d'applications en micro-fabrication, micro-découpe et micro-perçage
 
EOLITE LASERS has recently enhanced its field of technologies with the tailored pulse fiber seeding technology combined with the rod-type fiber amplification technology and offering customized pulse capabilities at high power and energy levels.
 
Temporal pulse shaping and complex pulse train design capabilities, added with high repetition rates capabilities and high power, open new fields in laser micro-processing.
 
In addition, the perfect square temporal shape thanks to the lack of classical Gaussian wings, allows to use most of the photons in the ablation process. Perfect temporal control of pulse shape enables perfect ablation of material with very limited thermal effect.
 
Advantage of amplified flex nanosecond pulses (1 – 600 ns) have been demonstrated in multiple applications such as: P2 scribing on CIGS solar cells, backside dielectric layer ablation, clean flex PCB cutting and drilling, clean Silicon cutting with pre-pulsing technology, ceramic cutting, on-the-fly multilayer material ablation technology.
